Three developments in Melbourne and Sydney to launch for sale in Singapore; prices from A$705,000

Prices start from A$ 705,000 ($ 639,375) for a one-bedder and A$ 1.1 million for a two-bedroom unit. Established by Melbourne-based real estate developer LAS Group, the plan is schedule for completion in 4Q2028.

Apartments at 3 new property developments in Australia– Cavallo, Park Avenue Residences and The Kensington– will be released for sale to Singapore purchasers during the weekend of Sept 19 and 20, said Savills Singapore. Cavallo stands in Melbourne, while Park Avenue Residences and The Kensington reside in Sydney.

Cavallo is close to sites featuring the Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria, South Melbourne Market and Rod Laver Arena. It also delivers helpful connectivity to tertiary education and learning centers including the College of Melbourne’s Southbank campus, La Trobe University and Victoria College.

The Kensington is 2 minutes away on foot from Kensington Stop, a stop on the L3 Kingsford Line on Sydney’s CBD and South East Light Rail connection. The real estate is also near significant health and educational institutions, covering the University of New South Wales.

Savills Singapore will hold a launch event for the assignments at Voco Orchard Hotel from 2pm to 6pm on Sept 19 and 20.

Cavallo is a flat tower around Clarke Road in Southbank, an inner-city suburban area merely southern of Melbourne’s CBD. The 188-unit development offers one- to two-bedroom apartments evaluating from 603 to 1,227 sq ft.

The development is approximately a six-minute walking away from the St Leonards train terminal, offering locals public transport connection to the CBD. Other neighboring facilities include Mall 88’s retail offerings, Royal North Shore Healthcare facility and schools. Park Avenue Residences is expected to be carried out this year.

Residences at the development consist of one- to three-bedders, along with small office, home office (or Soho) apartments. Rates begin with A$ 1.03 million for a one-bedroom unit and rise to A$ 1.96 million for a three-bedroom house; a Soho unit is priced at A$ 1.74 million.

On the other hand, The Kensington is situated around Anzac Parade in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. The mixed-use project– a venture by Australian property firm TOGA Group– has 142 high-end flats sitting atop a ground-floor retail podium.

The three growths give Singapore purchasers a breadth of residential alternatives, noted Adrian Lim, senior executive and director of international housing sales at Savills Singapore. “Buyers can think about not only the individual home, but also the type of neighbourhood and way of living that best matches their demands.”

Park Avenue Residences is located in St Leonards, a suburb in Sydney’s North Shore location. The plan by Sydney developer JQZ features one- to three-bedroom houses, valued at A$ 980,000, A$ 1.53 million and A$ 2.06 million, specifically.
